Auto Fill Account Info for Support Ticket
I logged into RingByName to submit a support ticket. Why can't my account information be auto populated into the fields? This would make the process much easier and I unfortunately have to submit tickets several times in the last few months for connectivity issues. Thanks.

Thank you for the suggestion! We wanted to let you know that we are in the process of consolidating and upgrading our support platforms to do just that.
