CRM Reports (Administrators Only)
In order to access RingByName™ CRM reports, you must be logged into the mobile application. If you are not already logged in, you may do so by going to http://login.ringbyname.com on your preferred web browser. Once logged in, follow these steps:
Begin by clicking on your name in the top-right corner of the web application
Select "Go to System Administration" from the drop-down menu. If the System Administration option does not appear in the drop-down, this means that you do not have sufficient permissions to access the system administration area. Please contact your system administrator for more information.
Click on "CRM" along the navigation bar along the top of the page. A listing of CRM reports will appear on the left side of the screen.

To generate a report, simply select the search parameters in the available fields and click on the search button.
- Record Creation Date Range
- Date Range for Close Date
- Owner of Opportunity
- Opportunity Status
Clicking on any opportunity will allow you to view all details or edit it. For security and tracking purposes, the system will time-stamp the name, date, and time of each edit for the record.
You can also update Follow Up Tasks for opportunity contacts changing the task, date, time, and adding comments to them.
Downloading Opportunity Report
All opportunities that are found by your search may be exported for review and further analysis in your spreadsheet application of choice. Simply click on the download button located underneath the search filters and save the file to your computer.
Reassigning leads to another user
Opportunities that are found by your search may be re-assigned to another user from the Opportunities report. To reassign leads follow these steps.
- Click on the text box located to the left of the contact name you would like to reassign, or click on the check mark located at the top of the first column of the report to select all opportunities on-screen.
- Click on the drop-down and select the user to whom ownership should be transferred and click save.
Opportunity Analytics (Trend Analysis)
The Opportunity Analytics report allows managers to see emerging trends by comparing a 3-month snapshot of all opportunities and grouping them by stage.
The list of sources which appear in the drop-down when creating a new opportunity can bed modified in this section.
What are the default Opportunity Sources?
- Social Media Site
- Word of Mouth
- Trade Show
- Online Search
Can I add or remove additional sources?
Yes. Additional sources can be added by clicking on the "Add Source" link located at the top of the table in the center panel. Enter a name for the source name, click to enable or disable and then click save.
Sources cannot be removed, but can be disabled so that they do not appear in the list when creating a new opportunity.
