Your username is the same as the email address registered for your extension. (Check with your system administrator to see what email address was used for your account.)

Passwords are typically emailed to you by the Activation Specialist that worked on the setup of your account (if you are the account owner) or by your system administrator.

If you do not have your password, don't worry, you can use the "Reset Password" link located to the bottom right to have us email you a temporary one.
