Accessing the System Administration Panel

System administrators can manage RingByName System settings including:
  • Company Greetings and Menu options
  • Routing of Company and Personal telephone numbers
  • Fax DIDs and access
  • SMS access for users
  • Users and their logins, forwards, and settings
  • Department Ring Groups
  • Voice mail settings for departments or users.
  • Billing Details and payment options
  • E911 emergency service address entry
  • Advanced reporting and analytics with live monitoring
  • Ad campaign based routing
  • Corporate Announcements

Where do I login to the Administration Panel?

First, begin by logging into your account online at 

Accessing the System Administration Panel

After logging into the application, click on your name located at the top right corner of the screen. Click on the option "Go to System Administration" from the drop-down panel. If this option does not appear, you have not been configured as an administrator in the system. Please contact your system administrator.
