How to Setup Caller ID for Multiple Users

There are two types of users, Admin and Regular, each with different permissions and access. While both user types will give you access to the RingByName applications, only the Admin will allow you to customize or change multiple user ID's at once.

- Log in to your RingByName account at
- Once logged in, click on the words 'Hi ' at the top right of the screen. A drop down menu should appear.
- Select the option 'Go To System Administration'
- Select 'RingByName Setup' at the top.
- Select 'Users' on the left hand side'
- Click on 'Set Outbound Caller ID for multiple users'
- On the far right, you'll see all the fields you can edit for mutiple users
- Be sure to select 'Save' on the bottom right to complete your changes!
