My Activity v. Team Activity for the web application

The activity stream allows you to display:
  • Outbound calls
  • Inbound calls
  • Missed calls
  • Faxes
  • Note updates
  • Shared events
My Activity is exactly what it sounds like, it shows all the recent activity for your extension or direct number. Team Activity allows you to see the recent call events and actions of your colleagues. The activity stream can be viewed on the right side of the home screen. 

Team activity is particularly useful when your in a department like Sales or Support where every single call matters. For example, if a call comes into the Sales department and you've missed the call, you can view 'Team Activity' to see if anyone else answered the call. Alternatively you can also view the call presence tiles to see if anyone is currently on a live call with that customer.
