Change Where you receive calls at on the web application
Change or Forward where you receive calls at on the web application!
With RingByName you can forward calls in one of two ways. You can have the system administrator do it or you yourself can do it. Start by logging into your account at http://login.ringbyname.com Physical devices appear at the top and can include desktop and mobile softphone licenses and 3rd party phones and apps. On your RingByName home page click on your name at the top right hand corner and choose the option "Receive Calls At". Click on "Add" under the Cellphones and Landlines tab and add the number OR extension you would like to forward the call to.
Device name is the nickname you can create for the line you set up. Delay is the number of seconds that must pass before a device begins ringing.
