    Have the option in the IVR to return to a previous menu.

    Hi Paulo,

    We wanted to update you and let you know that our engineers have begun the process of updating our platform in preparation for many new, cool features— including the “return to previous menu” option.

    We don’t have an estimate for the release time yet, but we will keep you updated as soon as we get more information.

  2. Add to the Web Aplication a standlone RBN softphone "Branded"

    It would be a lot easier for customer that want to use their computer to receive and place call.

    So, no need to install adicional softphones.

    With just one credential, you will be able to manage and receive calls. A dream!!!
