    Another group asked about adding a 'ding' or sound effect notification for new SMS messages.
    They added that refreshing the r! webapp is not a good way to check for updates to SMS messages.

    Another group asked about these features today! MPE-45557-276
    They reported that they set their r! settings once every few months, and don't really use the web portal often. SMS they said and notifications on mobile would help keep them invested in using it often.

    Adding notes, needing to send multiple SMS messages, have multiple call attempts are all various normal business conditions for callbacks. Adding a simple button to move a callback from 'returned' to 'unreturned' would resolve all these case scenarios.

    It's useful to move a callback from 'unreturned' to 'returned', the reverse is also true.

    >Service teams see less calls for orders (done online instead) and more calls for discounts for referrals, custom orders/packages, late bills. More attention can be given to bulk shipments for larger clients. Conservative data shows over 50% of users prefer orders/services placed online vs by phone.
