Be able to attach multiple documents to fax
When sending faxes I can only choice 1 document to send. In the old system I could attach multiple documents and send. Now to send Multiple documents I have to combine them to be able to do this. It should be possible to attach multiple documents!

Able to return to a previous option/menu
Have the option in the IVR to return to a previous menu.

Fix Fax Issue Where Name/Company Are Automatically Changed After Submission
When form is filled out to address a fax to a specific person within an office, the system disregards the information input and changes who the fax is addressed to based on contacts/history.
It would be great if the system didn't erase the information so that my fax can reach the correct person at another business.

Eliminate fax contacts or MAKE THEM OPTIONAL
After filling out Name and Company on cover page and pressing send, the system often completely re-writes the information to an "existing contact" (that we never input or saved to begin with).
We often send documents to doctors' offices with various doctors, and they cannot give documents to Dr. A that are addressed to Dr. B.

Sort my numbers in the Admin Panel
I find it very inconvenient to work with my telephone numbers in the admin area. I have many telephone numbers in the account and have to click on the show more button 3 or 4 times to see the whole list. It would be great to be able to sort the list based on the type (personal or company), or numerically to help me find them sooner.

I suggest adding a CLEAR ALL button so that I can mark all missed calls and voicemails as read.

Redirect calls by person
I think it would be great if RingByName could automatically forward the calls to an individual person or cell phone based on the caller ID of the person who is calling.
For example, I have a list of customers that are calling to update their account info. Rather than have them choose from a menu, the system should look at a list of Caller IDs and route the calls directly to our billing department.

Should this be selected for consideration, we will be placing ‘smart voting’ buttons on this topic to see how many other folks would find this feature helpful.

Round Robin for my department
I would like to the calls to my departments sent to my team members randomly or as a round robin like my old phone system

Notification counts or push notification option for ringbyname app / Any kind of SMS notifications
All my apps have notification counts or push notifications, ringbyname app requires me to open it to see these notifications unlike all my other apps. It'd be nice to select enable notifications for faxes or SMS.
Currently SMS doesn't have any kind of notification beyond opening the app. An email notification tick box for SMS being added would help and be quick to implement.

Auto login for mobile app please
I have to login to the mobile app again almost every time I use it. Why?

Voicemail and call back request notification by SMS
Currently I am getting voicemail and call back request by notification, which is an awesome feature! Great work. I think it would be even better if you add SMS notification to this. Thank you

Remove Contact Info From RingByName Admin "Account" Tab Or Sync RingByName admin panel with customer service info so consistently updated
Reasons for removal:
-Whenever I see this field, its incorrect, but service agents have the correct information when I call them in their system.
-This is confusing.
-Its a time waster when I call in to confirm whether or not this has been updated on both sides.
-If this field isn't used by service agents, and its not always right for me, why does it exist? It's better removed.3 votes -

Caller name on Voicemail notification email
I would like to see the caller ID of the person that left me a voicemail , not just the phone number when I receive a voicemail notification.

Add to the Web Aplication a standlone RBN softphone "Branded"
It would be a lot easier for customer that want to use their computer to receive and place call.
So, no need to install adicional softphones.
With just one credential, you will be able to manage and receive calls. A dream!!!
