How can I generate a report of incoming and outgoing calls?
While call detail reports is not currently available, but is expected to be released sometime in the fall of 2015. This feature will allow administrators to run reports on all inbound and outbound calls for a department, an individual, or the entire organization.
Currently, administrators can use the filter function under the Team Activity column to retrieve a list of all calls that fit the required search criteria.
If a more detailed report is needed, customers can request a complete call log from the customer service department on a monthly basis.
